The Foundry Art Centre's Merry Makers Market is a two-day event showcasing regional makers, designers, and artists. Nearly 50 vendor booths and artists will be selling handmade items. This is the perfect event to celebrate the Holidays, get your Christmas shopping done, and support local small businesses!
Merry Makers Market Application Schedule
Application Deadline - October 31, midnight
This application must be completed in full and all materials submitted together or the committee will not consider the application. This is an application and does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor and Artist Acceptance Notification - November 10, 2025

Friday, December 5th
• 1pm – 4pm | Booth Set-up
• 5pm – 8pm | Open to the public (First Friday)
Saturday, December 6th
• 9:30am – 11am | Booth Re-stock
• 11am – 5pm | Open to the public
• 5pm – 7pm | Booth Break Down
Booth Information
Single Booth Application Fee: $22 (non-refundable)
Single Booth Space (10ft x 10ft, 2 chairs) Fee: $100, paid after acceptance
Single Booth Space Fee with Electricity*, $125 paid after acceptance
Double Booth Application Fee: $32 (non-refundable)
Double Booth Space (10ft x 20ft, 2 chairs) Fee: $250, paid after acceptance
Double Booth Space Fee with Electricity*: $275, paid after acceptance
Additional Information
8ft and 6ft tables rental fee: $15 each, paid after acceptance
Two chairs provided. Additional chair rental fee: $5 each, paid after acceptance
Tables and chairs are limited and available on a first-requested, first-served basis. Table and chair requests must be made through the booth registration form once accepted. Table and chair rentals will not be available on the day of the event.
*110 Electricity Available for Booths
Application fee cannot be refunded. Notifications of acceptance will be sent no later than November 10th. Booth registration forms will be sent as a part of your acceptance notification email. Booth, table, and chair fees will be paid via this confirmation form.
